Individual Yoga Therapy Evaluation - $125

Required first session of the yoga therapy process. Begin your wellness journey with a comprehensive 90-minute session tailored to your unique needs. This session includes a formal intake, assessment, and evaluation to understand your goals, challenges, and overall well-being. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to support your growth and transformation through the principles of yoga therapy. 

Individual Yoga Therapy Session - $85

Build on your progress with a 60-minute follow-up session. Together, we’ll assess and refine the tools and strategies from your initial plan, ensuring they align with your evolving needs and goals. This personalized approach supports continued growth and well-being on your yoga therapy journey. 

5 Session Yoga Therapy Package - $399

This package includes everything you need to embark on a transformative journey: a 90-minute evaluation session and four 60-minute follow-up sessions. Together, we’ll develop and refine a personalized plan to support your ongoing growth, balance, and well-being.

Online Yoga Therapy Via Zoom - $85

Experience all of these yoga therapy offerings from the comfort of your own home online via Zoom. You'll do the 90-minute assessment, and can do all consequent sessions online as well. Please book an assessment before booking this option.

Private Integrated Yoga Practice - $65

Experience a personalized 60-minute Viniyoga session tailored to your unique needs and goals. This one-on-one practice focuses on mindful movement, breathwork, and alignment to support your well-being and deepen your connection to your body and mind.

Small Group Integrated Yoga Practice - $100

Enjoy a personalized 60-minute Viniyoga session designed for 2–3 participants. This intimate setting allows for focused guidance and tailored practices, making it a perfect option for friends, family, or small groups looking to deepen their yoga experience together.
